WHAT’S DRAINING YOU?
Before you try to fix your life, notice what keeps taking from it.
START WITH WHAT YOU NOTICE
Don’t fix anything yet. Just notice.
Think about the last seven days. Which parts of your life consistently took more energy than they gave back?
Write down three things.

LOOK FOR THE PATTERN
You wrote down what drains you. Now look at why.
For each one, ask:
Is this draining me because it is difficult — or because of the way I’m carrying it?
EXPECTATION — Am I doing this because I believe I should?
URGENCY — Have I been treating this like it always needs immediate attention?
BOUNDARY — Am I giving this more access to my time or energy than it needs?
CAPACITY — Would this feel different if I had more room around it?
WHAT ACTUALLY NEEDS TO GO?
Not everything that drains you has to keep coming with you.
Some responsibilities matter.
Some things cannot change immediately.
But some of what you’re carrying may be there simply because you’ve gotten used to carrying it.
Go back to the three things you wrote down.
For each one, ask:
DO LESS — Can I give this less time, energy, or attention?
DO DIFFERENTLY — Can I change the way I’m carrying this?
LET GO — Is this something I no longer need to carry at all?
You don’t need to clear your entire life today. Just find one thing that can take less from you.
