The 3-Minute Reset

When everything feels urgent, give your body three minutes before deciding what actually needs your attention.

0:00–0:30 — RELEASE
Drop your shoulders.
Unclench your jaw.
Let your hands rest.

0:30–1:00 — EXHALE
Breathe normally.
Let each exhale last slightly longer than the inhale.

1:00–1:30 — NOTICE
Ask yourself:
What am I carrying right now that does not need to be solved right now?

1:30–2:00 — CHOOSE
Choose one thing that does not need your attention next.
Not everything. Just the next thing.

2:00–3:00 — LET GO

Take a slow, comfortable breath in.

As you exhale, imagine releasing one thing you've been carrying that does not need your attention right now.

Let your shoulders soften.

Take another gentle breath.

You don't have to solve it in this moment.

For now, you can put it down.

Repeat at your own pace until the minute ends. Don't force or hold your breath.

Build a life you don't need to recover from.
