RISE • PRACTICE
BUILD ONE THING THAT SUPPORTS YOU
You made room. Now decide what deserves to grow in it.
WHAT WOULD SUPPORT YOU MOST?
Before you decide what to build, notice where a little more support would change your life most.
Choose one:
TIME — More room in your day or week.
MONEY — More breathing room when life costs more than expected.
ENERGY — More capacity for the things that matter to you.
STRUCTURE — A system that makes something easier to manage.
SKILL — Something you could learn that would make you more capable or independent.
PURPOSE — More space for work, ideas, or experiences that feel meaningful.
Don't choose what sounds most impressive. Choose what would make your life feel more supported right now.
MAKE IT SPECIFIC
You chose an area. Now make it real.
Finish this sentence:
My life would feel more supported if I had more __________.
Then ask:
What would that look like in your actual life?
Not someday. Not the perfect version.
Think about one change you could notice in an ordinary week.
For example:
TIME — One evening each week with nothing scheduled.
MONEY — $500 set aside so a surprise expense doesn't become a crisis.
ENERGY — A routine that helps you stop before you're depleted.
STRUCTURE — A simple system that takes something off your mental load.
SKILL — Learning to cook a few meals, manage a budget, or use a tool that saves you time.
PURPOSE — Two protected hours each week for something you're trying to build.
Write yours in one sentence.
BUILD THE FIRST PIECE
You don't need to redesign your entire life.
Look at what you wrote above and ask:
What is one small thing I could begin building that would make this part of my life easier to carry?
My first step:
Rise isn't about doing more. It's about building more of what supports the life you want to keep.
THIS IS RISE
You noticed what was taking from you.
You made room to recover.
Now you can begin building from a different place.
Not from urgency.
Not from exhaustion.
Not because your life needs to look more impressive.
From a life that is strong enough to support what you want next.
